“The driver confirmed the day of the pick up. He would pick us up at 9:30 PM and take us to the airport. At 9:35 PM. He was a no-show. I had the Hotel concierge call him, as they both speak Thai, the driver told him he was at the wrong hotel and he was unable to make it. As a result, we had to hustle to secure a new ride to the airport as we were going to be late. Very unprofessional.”

I don't feel we enjoyed the excellent food provided.”

“This is a well-organised, seamless tour. The cruise was very entertaining. The boat was appealing, well maintained and service was excellent. The live entertainment on board was fine. The hot buffet was unpalatable and I would recommend to have a snack before the sailing and then stick to salads and desert on board. The second part of the tour was the fantastic ladyboy Parisian-style Calypso cabaret. High-energy choreographed dancing with spectacular, colorful costumes and lavish mis-en-scene. For a tio you can take your picture with a member of the cast for a tip. Brilliant.”
